PEIRA Series ā Physical Education Indirect Regime Awareness#
Without ever naming it, swimmers learn triadic stroke mechanics, regime awareness,
inversion timing, and resonanceābreath coordination simply by practicing.
This makes swimming a powerful IRL example for RTT learners.

Swimming is triadic at its structural core:
