Purpose of the Seed#
The Seed provides the resonance model that governs:

- drift‑bounded reasoning
- validator feedback loops
- cross‑domain resonance transfer
- module‑to‑module coupling
It is the first module any agentic system must load to operate within RTT‑Inside.
