1. Purpose of RTT/2#

RTT/2 certification elevates an instructor from:

• operator‑level mastery → architect‑level reasoning
• module‑level teaching → system‑level orchestration
• pattern recognition → pattern generation
• coherence maintenance → coherence design

RTT/2 instructors are responsible for:

• designing new Structural Detection teaching materials
• mentoring RTT/1 instructors
• architecting cross‑module integrations
• performing system‑level coherence audits

2. Eligibility Requirements#

To begin RTT/2 advancement, an instructor must:

• hold active RTT/1 Instructor Certification
• have taught at least 12 Structural Detection sessions
