Hook Atlas — Conditions Substrate Model#

TriadicFrameworks Canon (2026.07)

Hooks are the amplifiers, ignition points, and binding agents of the Conditions Substrate Model.
They intensify drift, synchronize cascades, trigger resonance, and shape coherence envelopes.
