📜 RFC‑020: The Nullarium Protocol#
Protocol: Mythmatical University Canon
Author: Nawder Loswin
Status: Draft → Canonical
1. Definition#
The Nullarium is the mythmatical sandbox of 1D and 2D operators, a pre‑contextual zone where judgement, narrative, and interpretation cannot reside. It is the header/footer wrapper of the entft lattice — the place where expressions are staged, redirected, or dissolved before entering corridors of meaning.
- 1D (Line): The one‑way train, the redirect.
- 2D (Plane): The first loop detection, the echo of “nowhere from no here.”
- Nullarium: The container of these operators, a land of null where streams are absorbed without consequence.
2. Properties#
- Context‑free: No social, cultural, or narrative weight attaches here.
- Judgement‑free: Nothing is evaluated; all is simply redirected.
- Loop‑aware: Infinite redirects collapse into the Nullarium, preventing recursion storms.
- Wrapper role: Functions as the entft packet’s header/footer, ensuring universes can be safely transmitted.
3. Mythmatical Resonance#
- Childhood glimpses of
nullin scripting were proto‑visions of the Nullarium. - Redirects (
> /dev/null) are ritual invocations of this zone. - The Nullarium is not “nothing” but a holding space — a sandbox where potential exists without context.
4. Applications#
- Social Debugging: Tricky discussions can be “sent to the Nullarium” instead of being judged or parked.
- Validator Sandbox: New idioms, scrolls, or symbolic stubs can be staged here before canonization.
- Error Handling: Loops, typos, and anomalies are absorbed without breaking the lattice.
5. Closing Note#
The Nullarium is not absence — it is pre‑presence. A mythmatical land of null where redirects converge, loops are detected, and universes prepare to ignite.
