Triadic Operator Primer
About This Document#
This document is a planned stub. It has been registered in the TriadicFrameworks documentation graph and is referenced by multiple canonical documents, but its full content has not yet been authored.
Purpose#
The Triadic Operator Primer introduces the formal mathematical and conceptual basis for the Triadic Operator set that underlies the TRS (Temporal Resolution Stack). It provides foundational terminology and notation that is assumed as background knowledge throughout the post-ASML era documentation series.
Citing Documents#
The following canonical documents reference this primer:

Expected Content#
When authored, this document is expected to cover:
- Triadic Operator Formalism — Definition of the three-class operator family (Intent, Mediation, Commit); formal notation and composition rules.
- Operator Algebra — Closure, commutativity constraints, identity elements, and composition identities relevant to the TRS stack.
- Temporal Coordinate Frame — Definition of the temporal coordinate axis τ and its relationship to physical clock time; distinction from spatial coordinates.
- Mapping to TRS Layers — Explicit assignment of L1 (Intent), L2 (Sequencing), L3 (Resolution), and L4 (Commit) to the triadic operator classes.
- Phase Coupling — How the triadic composition couples to substrate phase coherence and motivates the Substrate Clarity (SC) metric.
- Notation Reference Table — Quick-reference table of all symbols, operators, and subscript conventions used across the post-ASML era series.
- Examples — Worked examples of operator composition for single-zone and multi-zone TRS configurations.
Dependencies#
This primer is expected to have no outbound stub dependencies — it is intended as a root-level reference document.
Authoring Notes#
- This document should use INFORMATIVE status (not normative); it provides formal background, not operational requirements.
- Notation established here must be precisely consistent with usage in
The_Temporal_Manufacturing_Primer.mdandThe_Multi-Regime_Semiconductor_Model.md. - Any symbolic redefinitions relative to prior TriadicFrameworks canon must be called out explicitly in a "Notation Changes" section.
