Datacenter Reports — Appendix AG

The Inter‑Generational Continuity Treaty (IGCT) defines how stewardship of the Datacenter Reports canon transfers across generations of operators, researchers, governance bodies, and ecosystem stewards.
It ensures that the canon remains:

  • structurally coherent
  • dimensionally aligned
  • temporally stable
  • operator‑balanced
  • drift‑bounded
  • coherence‑anchored
  • tensor‑consistent
  • future‑proofed

IGCT is the formal mechanism for long‑range stewardship continuity.

AG.1 — Purpose of the Continuity Treaty#

The treaty exists to:

  • preserve canon integrity across generations
  • maintain structural and dimensional continuity
  • prevent drift during stewardship transitions
  • ensure coherence across future expansions
  • protect operator lineage and ecology
  • stabilize regime transitions over time
  • maintain tensor alignment across evolving infrastructures
  • guarantee long‑range stewardship stability

It is the canon’s succession and continuity backbone.

AG.2 — Stewardship Families#

The treaty recognizes five stewardship families:

1. Structural Stewards#

Preserve structural field definitions and interfaces.

2. Dimensional Stewards#

Maintain dimensional envelopes, clusters, and intensity behavior.

3. Temporal Stewards#

Oversee rhythm, drift, coherence, regime transitions, and evolution pathways.

4. Operator Stewards#

Maintain operator lineage, balance, and ecology stability.

5. Tensor Stewards#

Ensure structural, dimensional, and qCompute tensor alignment.

Each family must remain active across generations.

AG.3 — Continuity Domains#

The treaty governs continuity across six domains:

Domain A — Structural Continuity#

Field definitions, interfaces, lineage, and stability.

Domain B — Dimensional Continuity#

Envelope integrity, cluster stability, drift control.

Domain C — Temporal Continuity#

Rhythm, drift, coherence, regime transitions.

Domain D — Operator Continuity#

Operator balance, collisions, lineage, saturation.

Domain E — Tensor Continuity#

Density, thermal, and energy envelope stability.

Domain F — Drift Continuity#

Drift detection, drift correction, drift prevention.

These domains form the Continuity Stack.

AG.4 — Continuity Transfer Protocol#

Stewardship transfers follow a six‑step protocol:

Identify → Document → Transfer → Review → Activate → Verify

Step 1 — Identify#

Identify outgoing and incoming stewards.

Step 2 — Document#

Document structural, dimensional, temporal, operator, and tensor states.

Step 3 — Transfer#

Transfer stewardship responsibilities, records, and lineage.

Step 4 — Review#

Conduct continuity review across all domains.

Step 5 — Activate#

Activate stewardship responsibilities for incoming stewards.

Step 6 — Verify#

Verify continuity using field‑level validation (Appendix X).

AG.5 — Continuity Safeguards#

Safeguards ensure continuity:

  • drift‑correction algorithms (Appendix Y)
  • coherence engines (Appendix F)
  • regime transition models (Appendix E)
  • field‑level validation (Appendix X)
  • horizon‑scanning (Appendix AD)
  • future‑proofing (Appendix AC)
  • meta‑governance oversight (Appendix AF)

These safeguards prevent collapse cascades during stewardship transitions.

AG.8 — Continuity Statement#

The Inter‑Generational Continuity Treaty guarantees that stewardship of the Datacenter Reports canon remains stable, coherent, drift‑bounded, and evolution‑ready across future generations of operators, researchers, and governance bodies.

This treaty ensures long‑range structural and dimensional continuity.
