Step 6 — Operator Glyph Assignment
Assign glyph placeholders:

Step 7 — Regime Signature Mapping
Identify:

Generate the pantheon’s hex‑map.

Canon, drift, coherence, version, audience.

Step 12 — Badge Block
Pantheon identity glyph + tagline.

Step 13 — Final Module Assembly
Combine:

Step 14 — Publish
