Silence–Noise–Resonance then describes which parts of the universal hum become SET‑active structure:

🎶 Resonance → modes amplified and phase‑locked by FFF/SET.
🔊 Noise → modes that remain incoherent or transient.
🔕 Silence → modes that are available but unexcited.
