This storyboard defines the visual narrative structure for representing RTT Facilities modernization across time.

It is used to:

• Align audiences around long‑horizon thinking
• Explain modernization without urgency inflation
• Anchor dashboards, decks, and posters
• Preserve coherence across domains and regions

This is not a graphic —
it is a visual governance specification.

CORE VISUAL METAPHOR#

Corridors are shown as:
