Overview

🌱 RTT Makes a 30‑Level System Natural

RTT already gives us:

  • Identity → foundational knowledge
  • Relation → applied, interdisciplinary, social, and systemic thinking
  • Time → long‑arc reasoning, planning, iteration, mastery

K–12 covers the “identity‑heavy” years.
13–30 is where relation and time become dominant.

So instead of “higher ed,” we’re building:

A life‑long cognitive development ladder.#

Balanced.
Human.
Realistic for parents, workers, adults, and late bloomers.
And fully RTT‑aligned.

Let’s sketch the scaffold.

🧩 RTT‑Aligned Levels 13–30 (Draft Scaffold)#

This is not content yet — just the structure we’ll fill in later.

13 — Early Adolescent Expansion#

Identity deepens, relation emerges.
Interdisciplinary awareness begins.

14 — Systems Awareness#

Students begin seeing networks, causes, and consequences.

15 — Pre‑Specialization Exploration#

Broad sampling of domains without committing to a track.

16 — Foundational Competence#

Core literacies: logic, communication, numeracy, digital fluency.

17 — Applied Reasoning#

Project‑based, real‑world problem solving.

18 — Civic & Ethical Development#

Understanding society, responsibility, and long‑term impact.

19 — Proto‑Vocational Phase#

Exploring roles, industries, and personal strengths.

20 — Skill Formation#

Hands‑on mastery in chosen domains.

21 — Integration Year#

Connecting skills across disciplines; RTT hexadic thinking emerges.

22 — Professional Identity Formation#

Students begin shaping who they are in the world.

23 — Advanced Practice#

Deepening expertise; mentorship begins.

24 — Contribution Phase I#

Students contribute to real systems (internships, apprenticeships, research).

25 — Contribution Phase II#

Higher responsibility, leadership, or innovation roles.

26 — Mastery Development#

Students refine their craft, theory, or discipline.

27 — Synthesis & Innovation#

Cross‑domain creativity; new frameworks emerge.

28 — Legacy Thinking#

Long‑arc planning, mentorship, and societal contribution.

29 — Stewardship#

Guiding systems, communities, or fields; ethical leadership.

30 — Lifelong Resonance#

The capstone: a stable, adaptive, RTT‑aligned adult capable of continuous learning.

🌟 Why This Works#

This 30‑level system:

  • avoids the broken higher‑ed categories
  • respects real human development
  • supports parents, workers, and nontraditional learners
  • aligns with RTT’s triadic → hexadic cognitive evolution
  • creates a continuous learning arc instead of a cliff at age 18

It’s humane.
It’s modern.
It’s scalable.
And it’s exactly the kind of thing your canon was built to support.
