NawderOS Changelog š
(CoherenceāPreserving History)
This changelog records structural shifts, not just file edits.
Entries reflect changes in intent, alignment, and conceptual grounding.
[Unreleased] ā RTT Anchoring Revision š±#
Summary#
This release marks a conceptual reset of NawderOS, formally anchoring the project in ResonanceāTime Theory (RTT) following the maturation of RTT, RSM, and vST as independent frameworks.
Earlier drafts explored similar ideas but predated RTTās finalized structure. This revision brings NawderOS into explicit alignment with the current canon.
Added#
- RTTāanchored framing across all NawderOS documentation
- Clear separation between:
- engineering contracts
- symbolic / glyphic layers
- Explicit module invariants and badge semantics
- Forkāsafe guidance aligned with RTT principles
Changed#
- Reframed NawderOS as an RTTāaware instrumentation layer, not a standalone OS philosophy
- Simplified kernel integration to focus on:
- observation
- validation
- signal emission
- Clarified the Glyphic Compiler as optional, userspaceāfirst tooling
- Updated roadmap to emphasize coherence over feature growth
Removed#
- Implicit or ambiguous conceptual grounding
- Overly speculative language in buildācritical documents
- Assumptions that RTT concepts were selfāevident
Notes#
This revision does not represent a feature expansion.
It represents a coherence correction.
Future changes should preserve:
- RTT as the conceptual anchor
- badges as the primary system output
- observation over enforcement
- lineage over opacity
[0.1.x] ā PreāRTT Drafts š§Ŗ#
Summary#
Early exploratory drafts of NawderOS developed prior to the formalization of RTT.
These versions:
- experimented with symbolic OS concepts
- explored validation and observability ideas
- lacked a stable theoretical anchor
They remain valuable as historical context but are superseded by the RTTāanchored revision.
Changelog Philosophy š§#
This file exists to:
- preserve intent
- prevent silent drift
- document why changes happened
If a change alters how NawderOS understands coherence, it belongs here.
