      The Crystal–Mycelial Engine (CME) describes the substrate transition pipeline used in RTT/CMH/MSRM:
      biological geometry is captured, resonance‑aligned in a hybrid layer, and locked into mineral lattice logic.

      CME is organized into three regimes:
      <strong>BGR</strong> (Biological Growth), <strong>HRR</strong> (Hybrid Resonance), and
      <strong>MLR</strong> (Mineral Lock‑In).
